The gender dynamics in the factory is characterised by supervisors being mainly man and production line workers mainly female. The social convention that some migrant might have of man being superior and women inferior becomes a formal convention established by the factory’s management systems. Generally the population in factories is constituted by 80% women, 20% men. It is common the case of man who have several girlfriends. This has a strong negative impact in women who are not getting the committed relationship they are looking for. It is also a cause of shame being left by a man after having had sex with him. There is sexual frustration amongst the male workers as the physical condition provides couple with no intimate places.
